Using the site
You may browse and share the site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or our systems, interfere with its operation, test its security without our written permission, or copy it at a scale that places an unreasonable load on it.
Not insurance or advice
AutoStack does not sell insurance or handle real claims. Larkspur Mutual is a fictional insurer built for testing, and all data in AutoStack environments is synthetic. Nothing on this site is insurance, legal, financial or regulatory advice, and references to laws or regulators are general information only.
Information on the site
We work to keep the site accurate, but content is provided for information only and may change without notice. Examples, traces and results describe the dates and conditions stated with them. Roadmap items are plans, not commitments; features and timing may change.
Results and examples
Baselines, traces and pass rates on this site come from the runs, models, tasks and dates stated with them. They are not a guarantee or prediction of how any model, agent or product will perform elsewhere.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, graphics, code and the AutoStack name and logo belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not use them except as these terms allow or with our written permission.
Third-party names
Product, model and company names on this site, such as Microsoft, ThinkingBox, Claude, GPT and the NAIC, belong to their owners. We use them only to describe our work; it does not mean they endorse or are affiliated with AutoStack.
What you send us
If you send us a brief, feedback or ideas, you confirm you are allowed to share them. Please don't send confidential information or personal information about others before an engagement and any confidentiality terms are agreed.
Engagements
Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work. If it conflicts with these terms, that agreement prevails.
Links
The site may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Accessibility
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and the site respects your device's reduced-motion setting. If something on the site doesn't work for you, email riya@autostack.ca and we will help and fix it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the site.
