Who founded AutoStack?

AutoStack was founded in 2025 by four co-founders: Riya (CEO), Bhav (CTO), Trace (COO), and Ananya (CFO). They built AutoStack, a client onboarding OS for B2B service businesses across the United States and Canada that collects intake, documents, and account access in one branded flow, with an AI coordinator named Otto. Plans start at $59 per month.

Riya leads AutoStack's strategy and product. Studying Psychology and Computer Science, she pairs consumer psychology with product design to make client onboarding effortless. With a background in marketing and tech, she understands the operational drag of onboarding new clients, and she's on a mission to make the first two weeks of every engagement disappear.

CTO & Co-Founder

Bhav architects the technology behind AutoStack. With a background in AI and Data Science, he leads product builds, from Otto, the AI coordinator, to the secure account-access and integration layer. He makes sure every system is built for scale, fully secure, and reliable.

Trace runs sales and partnerships at AutoStack. With a background in sales and entrepreneurship, he handles go-to-market, client relationships, and the systems that get AutoStack deployed and delivering. He makes sure what we build works in the real world for real businesses.

Ananya leads finance and strategic partnerships at AutoStack. Studying Finance with a background in fintech and fund management, she brings the rigour that turns a bold vision into a sustainable business, overseeing budgeting, investor relations, and funding strategy.

Why we started AutoStack

We kept seeing the same story. A business wins a client, then loses the first two weeks chasing logins, documents, and forms across email and Slack, before the real work can even start.

Portals, form tools, and project boards each solve a slice, but nobody owns the messy middle between “yes” and go-live. Especially account access, the part no portal or form tool actually handles.

So we built AutoStack, the client onboarding OS. One branded flow that collects intake, assets, and account access, with Otto chasing what's missing, so new clients go live in days, not weeks. That's the future we're building.
