Our mission

AutoStack exists to make client onboarding effortless. Winning the client should be the hard part. Getting them launch-ready should not. We want the first two weeks of every engagement to just happen, so teams get back to the work clients actually pay for.

What we believe

Onboarding is where the relationship is won or lost, and it is the most-neglected part of the stack. The work itself is simple. The chase is what kills it: documents in email, assets in Drive, access requests buried in Slack, and nobody sure what is actually blocking launch.

So we built the system that owns the messy middle between “yes” and go-live, instead of asking teams to stitch it together from a portal, a form tool, and a project board.

Why an OS, not another tool

Branded portals and forms are table stakes. The hard parts are structured account-access requests, asset collection, and an explainable launch-readiness score, the things portals and form tools skip. AutoStack runs all of it in one flow, and Otto, our AI coordinator, checks completeness, chases what is missing, and drafts the kickoff brief. Otto recommends; your team decides.

Security and trust

Onboarding touches contracts, client data, and account access, the most sensitive moment of the relationship. We build security into every layer: tenant isolation, encryption, least-privilege access (permissions, not passwords), and audit logging. Your data stays yours, and access is always revocable.
